Gidee gidee, (also called crab's eye or jequerity beans); has bright red and black seeds used in necklaces. The Macassan trepang fishermen called Maningrida Lembana Manimani 'Gidee-gidee Bay' because of the gidee-gidee plants growing along the beach.
