"The pied butcherbird is piebald (patches of black and white), that's what it's like, but the grey butcherbird has lighter coloured feathers."

The grey butcherbird and the pied butcherbird are sometimes both referred to as djobboh by some speakers, although the pied butcherbird is called warrkdjid by older and more knowledgeable speakers.
